After dedicating his entire career to the mission of Rancho San Antonio, Brother John Crowe has made the difficult decision to move to the Brother Vincent Pieau Residence in Austin, TX, a retirement home for the Brothers of Holy Cross. Brother John has the distinction of being the longest tenured CEO in the history of Rancho. His mark of excellent service at Rancho is beyond compare and will remain forever in the hearts of thousands of staff and youth who have benefitted from knowing him.

His health and emotional stamina did not permit him to say a personal goodbye to everyone whose life he has touched or participate in a large gathering, but he requested that we share the information with all of Rancho’s stakeholders and specifically thank you for your steadfast dedication to make a difference in the lives of children that need our care the most. It is our desire to honor Brother’s service by maintaining his passion for service and dedication to at-risk youth and the people that care for the youth.

Thank you for your prayers for Brother’s continued strength and health.

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.—Proverbs 4:23

With gratitude and respect for over 60 years of service,
